My favourite fighter
Wilder started boxing in his 20s to fight for his daughter, didn’t duck nobody and every fight win or lose wasn’t boring always exciting. He’s definitely a future hall of famer.
Edit: with that being said he’s getting knocked out cold and retired. Thank you tho wilder for the excitement you brought to the heavyweight division but it’s over my boy.

I wish Wilder had more of that top tier Klitschko brothers, Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua type of opponents on his resume.
Even a Dillian Whyte or Andy Ruiz, because the best we've known him to beat is a Luis Ortiz.
Because that would have let us know how good he really is or was.
After the Tony Parker match up, all I've been hearing is promotional excuses to sell this fight.
Zhang is top tier, if Wilder wins, by my standards, it'll be impressive, but if Wilder loses, here comes the emotional excuses.

The reason why people would say Mark Breland was the best thing for Wilder, is because of the jab. Here's a little secret. 70% of the training camp is done by Jay Deas. Then Mark Breland would fly in from New York and add his knowledge to the situation. They practiced working everything off of the jab. Watch the 1st Stiverne fight. Jan, 1,2. Jab, jab. If Wilder is got jabbing a lot then he doesn't have the same rhythm. I hope he has his jab with him this fight. That's what sets up the right hand and everything else. I've seen this with my own eyes in training camp.

Wilder always made my teeth itch, but recently I have warmed to him and I would love to see him win this fight and get back among the big fights. He is not the best fighter but he is very entertaining and the division is better with him in the mix.
